What Is Base Reality?

The term comes from simulation theory: base reality is the foundational layer, the one not running inside anything else. The ground floor of existence, the substrate on which all models and abstractions are built.

Every essay on this site is an attempt to reach that base layer: to strip away narratives, conventional wisdom, and comfortable assumptions until I arrive at the structural forces actually driving outcomes.
